Charlois lays next to water, but for most residents and visitors is not palpable. Recent and anticipated developments concerning the Maashaven provide an opportunity to strengthen this relationship. Again In dialogue between entrepreneurs, managers, residents and developers sketch a future outline for this area. During a workshop on location three different perspectives were presented by students of Fieldacademy and discussed by a mix of residents, administrators, entrepreneurs and designers.

The workshop was part of the project Charlois Water Vitibuck Architects, ncluding a local theater, a newspaper and a public debate on the future of the MaasHavenkade.
