This is an internship to support our communication and efforts in knowledge sharing. You will work on content for our website, newsletters and social media posts. Within this internship there is plenty of room for your own initiative. For example, you will have the chance to write thematic blogs, short articles for knowledge sharing,  articles for journalistic platforms, making films and podcasts. This internship is suitable for students with journalistic ambitions in their field, students of science communication or students of cultural studies. For this internship you will receive an internship fee in accordance with the guidelines of the municipality of Rotterdam.  We have two internship placements available per year; you can contact us by e-mail to find out more about what is on offer.

Former Intern
Nicole, an International Relations student at Leiden University, worked for us as a communications assistant. She worked on online and offline communication for the Pietje Bell Playground Research and Taka-Tukaland, Squares of Tarwewijk and Monitor Resilient Bospolder-Tussendijken 2028. In addition, she carried out research into perceptions of Veldacademie among clients, employees and students.
